 Greg Zaverucha joined the Advanced Technology Group in July 2010 as Cryptographic Application Researcher. His primary responsibility is to conduct research on efficient cryptography related to RIM's current and future products and services. This involves the design of new cryptographic primitives, analyzing the security of existing primitives and the secure composition of multiple primitives to construct protocols with rich functionality. Greg also participates in drafting and reviewing cryptography related standards. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
