Board support package for optimized hardware-based security

Security Builder® BSP™ is a board support package for optimized hardware-based security that provides portable, high-performance security across multiple processors, trusted platform modules, hardware security modules or smart cards. Security Builder BSP exposes the security features within a specific hardware cryptographic provider so that any security applciation can use the Security Builder® API to take advantage of the benefits of hardware security providers.

With support for the Intel® Wireless Trusted Platform, Freescale PowerQUICC, Texas Instruments OMAP and hardware security modules (HSM) from Eracom and nCipher, Security Builder BSP is a crucial piece of the Certicom® Security Architecture™ a comprehensive, portable and modular solution designed to allow developers to quickly and cost-effectively embed security across multiple families and generations of secure devices. Other market-leading chipsets and HSMs will be supported in the future.
