Primary Contact Information

This is the person responsible for your device manufacturing system, who is authorized to be requesting that your Device and Administrative Certificate(s) be signed under Certicom’s root, and who can submit the appropriate Administrative Certificate Signing Request form on behalf of your organization. Once this information has been received, a Certicom representative will contact you to validate the request, discuss the process, and sign a mutual NDA. The Primary Contact is also the person authorized to provide a list of Subscribers. Subscribers can also submit Device and Administrative Certificate Requests, but cannot themselves authorize Administrative Certificate Requests. Device Certificate Requests submitted by Subscribers that are deemed authentic by the Device CA will be fulfilled without additional authorization.
