GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR SRA JOINS CERTICOM PARTNER NETWORK

Partnership combines strong wireless expertise with deep government experience

Mississauga, Ontario (July 15, 2003) – Certicom Corp. (TSX: CIC), a leading provider of wireless security solutions, today announced that SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of information technology (IT) services and solutions to U.S. federal government organizations, has joined the Certicom Partner Network as an Advantage Partner. The partnership combines Certicom’s strong wireless expertise with SRA’s deep government experience, ultimately enabling more government organizations to securely extend their critical business applications and technology to wireless devices.

Under the agreement, SRA will include movian GSE by Certicom products when appropriate, providing key capabilities for comprehensive and integrated secure wireless solutions that meet the government’s highest security standards. Certicom’s core cryptographic module, Security Builder® GSE, used in all movian products is FIPS 140-2 certified. In addition, movianVPN GSE and movianMail GSE support the Department of Defense Common Access Card for strong authentication.

“ We chose to partner with Certicom because they know the real and perceived risks in deploying wireless networks, particularly in government agencies where information is highly sensitive,” said Michael Yocom, Vice President of Integrated Management Solutions at SRA. “Their products meet the stringent security requirements set by government without sacrificing performance. VPN and secure messaging are critical factors for a secure wireless solution. Their technical expertise and support combined with our experience and knowledge allow us to offer government organizations a complete solution that addresses their concerns and meets their networking requirements.”

SRA provides information technology services and solutions to clients across the federal government, with a particular strength in national security. The company works with the Department of Defense, the National Guard, intelligence agencies, and other federal organizations with homeland security missions.
